HEIC decoding uses the heic2any library (loaded from jsDelivr CDN), which wraps a WebAssembly port of libheif. Output formats: JPEG via Canvas.toBlob('image/jpeg', quality/100), PNG via toBlob('image/png'), WebP via toBlob('image/webp', quality/100). All processing is client-side.
