Yes. BYO SMTP mode is unlimited free — you supply credentials, we provide the composer, contacts, logs, and templates. Shared mode (our relay) is also free, capped at 20 sends/day per verified user to keep things sustainable and abuse-resistant.
Bring Your Own SMTP. Paste credentials for any provider you already use — Gmail App Password, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Resend, your own Postfix server. We relay through your account so your reputation and replies stay with you.
Encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest in our PostgreSQL database. Each user has a unique IV. We only decrypt at send-time inside the worker process, never write plaintext to logs, and you can delete a config in one click.

No. We store the message metadata (from, to, subject, status) for your logs and abuse prevention, plus body text for resend/retry. We never train models, sell data, or share content with third parties.
The address is added to your personal suppression list and skipped on future sends. Repeated complaints on shared mode trigger account review. On BYO mode, complaints affect your own provider's reputation, not ours.
Transactional and small-list newsletters are fine. Bulk lists over 200 require BYO mode + your own ESP (SendGrid, Mailgun, etc.). Every shared-mode email automatically includes an unsubscribe link and required CAN-SPAM footer.
